Hanaichi
At Hanaichi, customers can take their time relishing the dishes as they view the scenery of the Kujuku Islands spreading below them. Special Japanese dishes are made by the master chef of this long-established ryokan (traditional Japanese inn)—who has more than 40 years of experience working as a chef—and can be savored in this luxurious, amazing location. In private rooms in Hanaichi’s annexes, families can dine together, and these rooms are also recommended for business breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Owner’s comment
As far as the raw materials and ingredients used for our dishes are concerned, we at Hanaichi make sure to use vegetables and seafood that are in season. Since we make great effort to only use vegetables and seafood carefully selected from those harvested when they are in season, the kinds of vegetables and other foods actually used for our tempura may differ depending on the season. The original dipping sauce for tempura that our master chef makes by using a special dashi (Japanese-style stock)—which the master chef delicately extracts—and highly aromatic matcha (green tea) salt further enhance the delicious taste of the tempura. We hope you’ll enjoy the beautiful seascape of the Kujuku Islands from one of the quiet private rooms in our annexes, and that you’ll enjoy a very relaxing and comfortable time while doing so.
